I know that these links may seem directly unrelated to Total War, but they show historical basis, and intrest (in the first case) in the concept of matching these two ancient powers (starting up abput 2 years ago).

The most probable rumor has the internal struggle for China as the primary game, and the vs Rome as the expansion.
