A message posted today on the Support Forum.....
Our forum could be unavailable for a short time this afternoon. Please be patient.
Dear users,
As you know, Forumotion has been suffering slowdowns for the past few days.
These issues appeared while installing new servers. Therefore, we have been facing here a hardware problem that we are trying to repair as fast as possible.
It's with this in mind that we announce you a complete and last maintenance on our service Thursday at 2:00 PM (GMT +1).
Your forums will be unavailable for a period of time between 20 and 60 minutes.
Please do not worry, this is a routine maintenance so there is no risk of data loss on your forums.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

So they said. Unfortunately there seems to be a loss of Avatars and Smilies from all forums.
Our forum is missing only the Avatars and some newly installed Smilies.
We may have to reinstall them.Some people are getting the 'white page' when trying to access their forums.
I have noticed a significant speed up in the forum page access though. Do not have to wait so long for the site and pages to load.
Edit: Reinstalled my Avatar. Suggest members also reinstall theirs.
Latest update...It appears it could be sometime next week before the Servers are 100% stable again.

Changed the green background of the Google Ads banner.

Latest update from server....
So members will now have to re-install their Avatars.
I have re-installed the lost Smilies.

I'm deeply sorry for all your avatars/smilies/gallery loss, despite all our efforts it seems we can't find the remaining images.
You can now freely repost all your images, they won't disappear again, and if by chance we find a solution in the future, it will only be bonus.
For users that have paid for the gallery, we will give you credits for all the storage you've bought since forum creation.
So members will now have to re-install their Avatars.
I have re-installed the lost Smilies.

Forumotion has disabled Adverts from the forum, for an indefinite period, as compensation for all the problems caused by moving to a new Server.
Edit: Adverts are back again for guests and for members not logged in.
